Care & maintenance

Out of the box, you’ll notice slight variations from the hand-finish process. Before first use, wash and dry. With use, the surface darkens to a rich patina. After cooking, clean with water and a stiff brush (no soap needed), dry immediately, and season with a light coat of cooking oil. Re-season as needed by scrubbing and washing with a mild soap, applying oil, and baking at 375°F for one hour.
