Pre-Purchase Questions

Yes, we ship to all provinces and territories across Canada. Shipping times may vary slightly depending on your location, but every order is processed as quickly as possible.

Most products are new and unused. A small number of listings are renewed or open-box items, and those say so in the product title. Check the title and description before you order.

Most of our products are shipped from supplier warehouses, primarily located in North America. In some cases, items may ship from international fulfillment centers to ensure availability.
Canadian homes use 120 V, 60 Hz outlets, the same as the United States. Check the voltage and plug details on each product page before you order. About Policies

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with original packaging where possible.
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

No. CanadianKitchenStore does not charge restocking fees for approved returns.
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, we recommend returning the original product and placing a new order.
